We were entrusted with a comprehensive turnkey project by Mr.Gupta and his son to completely transform their three-storey residence with a basement in Sector 12A, Panchkula.
The brief called for a seamless blend of modern elegance and high functionality — with a special focus on converting the basement into a fully operational office while giving the rest of the house a sophisticated, contemporary upgrade.
Project Scope & Key Features
Basement Office Design
The basement was envisioned as a professional office space for the father-son duo. We designed a clean, functional layout with designated zones for meetings, workstations, and file storage, complemented by high-end finishes, acoustic paneling, and modern lighting for an efficient work environment.
Modern Home Renovation (Ground to Second Floor)
Every floor of the home was redesigned with a modern aesthetic, focusing on clean lines, ambient lighting, minimalistic furniture, and a neutral palette accented with warm textures. The layout was optimized to enhance natural light and airflow, while custom detailing added a luxurious touch to each room.
Terrace Garden & Fountain
On the top floor, we created a peaceful terrace garden complete with custom landscaping and ambient lighting, offering a private outdoor escape. As a centerpiece, we designed a water fountain that brings a sense of tranquility and elegance to the space.
Luxury Features & Amenities
This home is equipped with a variety of smart and sustainable features, including:
