We had the opportunity to work on spacious 4-bedroom flat located in the heart of Chandigarh.
The mandate was to design a home that was ready to move in — one that combined aesthetics, functionality, and intelligent planning, with every inch thoughtfully considered.
Project Highlights
Our role covered end-to-end interior design and execution planning, including:
Electrical & Lighting Plan:
We developed a comprehensive electrical layout, positioning switchboards, lighting circuits, and power points based on optimal furniture placement and user behavior. Ambient and task lighting was carefully integrated to balance functionality and warmth.
False Ceiling Design:
Customized false ceiling layouts were created for each space, incorporating cove lighting, downlights, and sleek ceiling fans. The ceilings were designed to blend subtly with the interiors while enhancing the architectural character of the home.
Plumbing Layout:
We provided a complete plumbing plan for bathrooms and the kitchen, ensuring efficient water flow, drainage systems, and utility connections with minimal structural disruption.
Furniture Planning & Custom Design:
Each bedroom was designed with custom wardrobes, beds, and side tables, tailored to the client’s style and storage needs. From layout to design detailing, every piece was planned for practicality and visual harmony.
Soft Furnishing Planning:
To bring the interiors to life, we curated soft furnishings — including curtains, upholstery, rugs, cushions, and accessories — that completed the look of each space and added warmth and personality.
Ready-to-Move-In Vision:
Our goal was to hand over a space that required zero post-move work. With detailed 2D drawings, 3D renders, material suggestions, and execution-ready documents, we ensured Mr. Gupta could visualize and implement every design aspect with ease.
