Scope: Complete House Interior Design & Execution — Bedrooms, Living Area, Dining Space & Kitchen

We had the privilege of transforming the residence in Dhakoli, Punjab, into a timeless blend of modern sophistication and functional elegance. This turnkey interior design and construction project covered the entire home — from the private sanctuaries of the bedrooms to the heart of the home in the kitchen and the inviting communal areas.



Living & Dining Area
The living and dining zones were conceptualized to create an open, airy feel while still preserving a sense of cozy warmth.
- The **dining area** features a sleek marble-top dining table surrounded by upholstered chairs in neutral tones. The layered false ceiling with recessed lighting and a contemporary chandelier adds drama and elegance to the space.
- A striking feature is the **modern black partition** with vertical lines, subtly separating the dining from the living area while allowing visual continuity.
- The **puja niche**, finished in a warm wood tone with brass accents, sits neatly beside a decorative mirror wall installation that reflects both light and depth into the space.
- A spiral staircase with a sculptural metal balustrade adds an artistic and futuristic statement to the corner without overwhelming the area.

Living Room

The living room follows a clean, mid-century modern aesthetic, accented with deep blue upholstered seating and wooden framing.
- We used a mix of **rattan panels** and **solid wood arms** in the furniture to create a cozy yet sophisticated environment.
- The room is anchored by a geometric rug and a rich wooden center table, while modern pendant lighting adds a sculptural edge overhead.
- A **feature wall** of monochrome photo frames brings a personal and nostalgic feel, while also serving as a focal point that adds visual interest without overpowering the calm color palette.

Bedrooms & Kitchen

While the images are focused on the common areas, our design for the bedrooms and kitchen followed a similar ethos of form meeting function:
- Each **bedroom** was designed to cater to the personality and needs of its occupant, with built-in wardrobes, accent lighting, and soothing wall finishes to enhance rest and relaxation.
- The **kitchen** was constructed from scratch, optimizing space usage with modular cabinetry, durable finishes, and smart storage solutions — all while maintaining a clean and cohesive aesthetic in line with the rest of the home.


Final Impression
The entire project was executed with attention to detail and a balance between aesthetics and lifestyle needs. From material selection to lighting and layout planning, every corner of this home was thoughtfully curated. The final result is a modern, comfortable, and timeless home that reflects Mr. Sharma’s vision and our design philosophy.
