We had the privilege of collaborating with Mr. Vinod to design his elegant two-storey duplex residence in Patiala. The brief was clear — create a home that reflects modern comfort, efficient planning, and seamless integration of architecture with interior design. From bare walls to fully conceptualized spaces, we delivered a complete home interior design blueprint that addressed every detail.

Project Scope & Approach

This was not just an aesthetic makeover — it was a foundation-to-finish design journey. Our responsibilities covered the complete technical and design planning, including:

Electrical Layout Planning: We strategically planned all switchboards, lighting circuits, and power outlets to ensure both functionality and aesthetic harmony. Special attention was paid to furniture placement, appliance needs, and ambient lighting for a future-ready setup.

False Ceiling Design: The ceiling treatments were planned as an extension of the home’s personality — modern, minimal, and elegant. We crafted multi-layered false ceilings with mood lighting and concealed provisions, helping to subtly elevate the space without overwhelming it.

Plumbing Layout: We worked on a comprehensive plumbing blueprint, mapping kitchen and bathroom water supply, drainage, and geyser placements while ensuring optimal flow and minimal service disruption.

Furniture & Space Planning: Each room — from the living spaces and kitchen to bedrooms and baths — was space-optimized. We created 3D visuals and 2D layouts that guided material selection, furniture sizing, and traffic flow throughout the duplex.

Design Vision: The design vision was centered on creating a warm, functional, and visually elevated home — with clean lines, carefully chosen textures, and a palette that blends earthy comfort with modern sophistication.
